I’ve used it countless times and I can vouch for it’s effectiveness of taking a cold prospect and turning them hot again.

What is the “9 Word Email?”

It’s simply that, an email where the body is only 9 words and ends with a question mark.

For example:

The prospect can simply reply, “Yes” or “No.” If “Yes” then you immediately have a hot prospect again.

The second part of the 9 word email is to make sure your subject line is good. Avoid at all costs using subject lines containing:

  • Just following up
  • Checking in

These won’t get your email opened. Instead use a subject like:

  • Hey…
  • Real Quick
  • 2 Seconds

These will always get opened, ensuring your email gets read.
